Your Role:
As our Restaurant Manager, you will:
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive operational excellence while achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Provide clear direction, meaningful feedback, and opportunities for team growth.
  • Champion a culture of hospitality and sustainability with locally-sourced ingredients at the forefront.
  • Oversee P\&L management, scheduling, and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management.
  • Background: Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, or scratch-made kitchens is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in P\&L management, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Track Record: A stable work history with proven success and growth.
  • Passion: A collaborative, motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to culinary and service excellence.
