Executive Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Belton, Texas restaurant. The ideal candidate is a performance-focused hospitality professional with a strong background in managing restaurant financials, improving operational flow, and maintaining brand standards. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations — from financial results and staffing to coaching and guest satisfaction — while ensuring a consistent and positive dining experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Maintain strict adherence to brand standards, food safety procedures, and Health Department regulations.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the restaurant.
Business Oversight & Profitability:
- Manage the restaurant’s P&L statement.
- Control food and labor costs while maximizing efficiency.
- Develop and execute labor schedules aligned with business volume.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard team members.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet operational expectations.
- Promote retention and create a positive workplace culture.
Guest Experience:
- Address guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally.
- Review feedback and implement improvements to strengthen service quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials including P&L management, food cost, and labor percentages.
- ServSafe Manager Certification required.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
