Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at our Temple, Texas restaurant location. This individual will be a hands-on leader responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a strong team culture. The General Manager will manage both the financial performance of the restaurant and the overall guest experience, ensuring consistent service, quality, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain adherence to brand standards, food safety requirements, and local health regulations.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness at all times.
- Monitor product quality and service speed to meet company expectations.
Financial Management:
Oversee the restaurant’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
- Manage labor scheduling to meet productivity targets.
- Control food and operating costs to maintain profitability.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members and shift leaders.
- Develop employees through ongoing feedback and performance management.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment.
Guest Experience:
- Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Review feedback and implement improvements to service and operations.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment (General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred).
- Experience managing P&L statements, food cost, and labor metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- ServSafe Manager Certification required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $52,000 annually.
