Job Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of operations management experience in QSR, Fast-Casual, or Casual Dining establishments.
  • Proven expertise in driving employee and guest satisfaction while improving financial performance.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Basic business math and accounting knowledge with computer literacy and data analytics proficiency.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant General Manager in Farmington, UT, your role will entail:
Leadership and Team Development:

  • Prioritize capital expenditure requests and recommend areas for investment.
