5+ years’ experience managing top-tier, upscale dining or fine dining concepts.
A proven track record of leading teams with energy, positivity, and results.
Fluency in restaurant finances—budgets, P&L, cost control, all second nature to you.
A knack for connecting with both staff and guests—people remember you for all the right reasons.
Obsessed with hospitality and raising the bar for world-class service.
Tech savvy, organized, and up-to-date on the latest in operational systems.
Enchanted by the art of food and wine pairing (especially Italian!) and keen to keep exploring.
Driven by details, passionate about the guest journey, and always on the lookout for creative solutions.

Guide daily operations, making sure every detail is on point and every service sparkles.
Hire, inspire, and develop a next-level hospitality team.
