What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • To be at least 18 years old.
  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred).
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving results.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 6 hours.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As our Assistant General Manager, you will:
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on decision-making, staffing, and problem-solving.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training efforts to build a high-performing team.
