What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

To be at least 18 years old.
1+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred).
ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving results.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 6 hours.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead hiring, onboarding, and training efforts to build a high-performing team.
