What You Bring to the Table:

We’re seeking a motivated, experienced professional who embodies the following qualities:
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
  • A proven track record of mentoring, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished approach to customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to implement strategies and meet performance metrics.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not essential).

Your Role as Kitchen Manager

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading our kitchen operations and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Leading and inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Managing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability.
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to develop growth strategies and operational improvements.
  • Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a top-performing team.
