What You Bring to the Table:

We’re seeking a motivated, experienced professional who embodies the following qualities:

3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
A proven track record of mentoring, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished approach to customer service and conflict resolution.
Goal-oriented with the ability to implement strategies and meet performance metrics.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not essential).

Your Role as Kitchen Manager

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading our kitchen operations and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Leading and inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Managing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability.
Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold exceptional service standards.
Collaborating with the General Manager to develop growth strategies and operational improvements.
Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a top-performing team.
